Telegraph: Motion, who is chairman of the Campaign to Protect Rural England, said the minister’s claim that the amount of land under development may have to increase by a third was wrong “on just about every level”.
In a newspaper interview, Motion said he felt “somewhere between horror and enormous anger” last week as Mr Boles set out plans which it is feared could see two million acres of unspoilt land being concreted over.
